For 10 years, Strathmore University Foundation has mobilized resources to increase access to holistic education. We have worked with donors and partners in a shared mission that resonates with hope and purpose. We are firmly committed to this cause and jointly…

Our Story

Our story begins in 1961, when Strathmore College opened as East Africa’s first multiracial institution of higher learning, founded on dignity, service, and equal opportunity.

In 2016, that story entered a new chapter with the establishment of the Strathmore University Foundation, a dedicated vehicle to steward philanthropy, build sustainability, and advance the University’s mission for generations.

Today, SUF continues this journey, by mobilizing resources for Africa’s development.
