About our community<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Formed on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014<\/strong>, at Holy Family Minor Basilica Parish<\/strong>, St. Matthias Small Christian Community (SCC)<\/strong> brings together parishoners who were catechumens during that year\u2019s Easter Vigil. The group draws its name and inspiration from St. Matthias<\/strong>, the apostle chosen to replace Judas, symbolizing faithfulness and renewal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The group\u2019s formation was guided by Fr. Matthias Wambua<\/strong>, who taught catechism and inspired the community\u2019s name and spirit of perseverance. From humble beginnings, St. Matthias SCC has grown into a vibrant faith family of 25 active members<\/strong> who journey together in prayer, service, and mutual support.<\/p>

Over the years, the community has built a strong foundation of spiritual unity and social connection<\/strong>, embodying the call to live as witnesses of Christ in daily life.<\/p>
