Individual Credit Card
Our Visa Individual Credit Cards which are Gold, Classic & Platinum can be used locally and internationally to withdraw cash at ATMs, make purchases online and at merchant outlets like shops and restaurants.
Credit Limits
- Prime Visa Gold Card - credit limit of Kshs. 250,000 and up to Kshs. 1Million.
- Prime Visa Classic Card - with credit limit below Kshs. 250,000.
- Prime Visa Platinum Card - with a limit of Kshs. 1Million and above.
Eligibility
The Prime Visa Individual Credit Cards may be issued to any Prime Bank Account holder, subject to approval. The cards may also be issued to Non-Account holders based on the credit worthiness of the applicant subject to satisfactory due diligence.

i) Log in to Prime Mobi
ii) Go to “Services”
iii) Go to “Bill Payment”
iv) Select Biller as “PRIME CREDIT CARD”
v) Submit
vi) In the utility A/C Number enter your 16 digit card number
vii) Enter the amount you want to pay
viii) Submit
ix) Enter your transaction PIN to confirm the transaction
3. Pay By MPESA
i) Go to Lipa na M-PESA
ii) Go to Paybill
iii) Go to Enter Business Number
iv) Type Business Number as 982800
v) Go to Enter Account Number
vi) Type your Credit Card Number as Account Number
vii) Enter your MPESA PIN
